really, i've caught print fever
wook kim started as a textile designer, but has crossed over into wallcoverings.
i love this bunny print called jacob, it reminds me of a mural my aunt painted in my dad's entryway, inspired by rousseau.
these images are so detailed, you've got to click on them and see them a bit bigger.

but on a day of prints, it's time for me to gush about how amazing madeline weinrib is
these carpets and textiles are stunning
and i've been obsessed with her graphic, colorful prints since i can remember caring about these things (which is forever)

and after my post on jill malek, i've been more interested in wallpaper than usual.
in my dream house i would have just one room that was papered even on the ceiling with some wacko print
cole & son from lee jofa has some beauties

a poor photograph, but this print is a deep glossy black with pastel flowers.

seen above is my absolute favorite top i own. actually, i love it so much i have three.
it would be a terrible understatement to say that i love stripes - more accurate to say that i feel like a million bucks in a sailor inspired boatneck top.
on a recent shopping trip with the lovely lady, ct, i picked up two new ones (one is organic cotton and perfectly baggy and soft with a little pocket over the left side (heaven!)), and it was then that i realized i have a problem with stripes.
it's because deep down in my heart of hearts, i think i'm actually jacques cousteau.*
